Modular colocation

We offer colocation services that are customized to meet our client's business requirements. Our modular DC capabilities enable flexibility for scale at Kw and SQM across data halls. The expansion capabilities designed for our data centers assist our clients to scale for their requirements and we provide our guidance to our clients to optimize for the maximum benefits they can leverage utilizing our DC infrastructure.

A HYPERSCALE, HIGHLY FUNCTIONAL DESIGN

ZeroPoint DC has put in place an expansion strategy to become the leading data center player in the region. Our projects currently under construction are implementing a hyperscale, highly functional design as three different clusters are already planned and being constructed in NEOM.

Scalable construction

With scalable construction, we use our materials flexibly and efficiently as they can be placed side-by-side, end-to-end, or stacked, allowing for a variety of configurations and styles.

Multi-floor design

Incorporating a multi-floor design allows for many advantages in terms of efficiency and flexibility, including optimizing the usage of the space that is available.

State-of-the-art cooling

ZeroPoint DC's designs address MEP, fire and safety, cooling, O&M, ICT, connectivity, and building construction needs. Furthermore, our data halls are deployable to adopt low-density cooling to high-density compliance for energy sustainability. For instance, our state-of-the-art cooling technologies enable our data halls to provide a range of hybrid cooling solutions based on client needs.
